You can first try to make changes to your booking by clicking here.
But if you have to cancel your booking, we encourage you to:
- Read the medical center's cancellation policies.
- Communicate well to the medical center explaining your situation.
- The medical centre will let you know whether you’ll get a full or partial or no refund at all.
- If you can’t reach an agreement with your medical center, please contact your Ever Assistant.
