To check the status of your booking:
From your registered email inbox, we will send you emails to confirm your booking status and give you any updates that you will need to know.
From the main booking page:
- Log into your EVER Healthcare account.
- Your requested booking will be shown under Finish Your Booking.
- Check for one of the booking statuses (Booking Requested, Booking Confirmed, Booking Declined).
From the Message function:
- Look for the name of your medical center (e.g., Masterpiece).
- Click on the medical center to open your chat.
- In your chat window with the medical center, you can find the information about your booking on top of the chat window
