To check the status of your booking:
From your registered email inbox, we will send you emails to confirm your booking status and notify you of any updates.
From the main booking page:
- Log into your EVER Healthcare account.
- Your requested booking will be shown under Finish Your Booking.
- Check for one of the booking statuses (Booking Requested, Booking Confirmed, Booking Declined).
From the Message function:
- Look for the name of your medical center (e.g., Masterpiece).
- Click on the medical center to open your chat.
- In your chat window with the medical center, you can find information on your booking at the top of the chat window.
